Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unused.
- Original tags remain attached.
- Original packaging is intact.
- The item is not damaged by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used items
- Washed garments
- Altered products
- Sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Custom-made products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- Wrong item
- Damaged item
- Manufacturing defect
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photographs.
Refunds
After inspection and approval:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method whenever applicable.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake is ours.
Exchange Policy
